Try This Pull-Up Hack!

Pull-Ups are a pretty tough move and require a lot of upper-body strength! Training with long resistance bands is an excellent method to help you get there though!

Start with your heaviest-resistance band. Loop it around your pull-up bar. Use the resistance of the band to help pull your body upward. Work your way through the bands, using less and less resistance until you’re able to do them on your own!

WARNING – this will not happen overnight! Consistency and progress over time are the keys to positive change!
